Abstract

Change within interdisciplinary team working requires a systematic approach if it is to be successful. This article details the process of change implemented within a rehabilitation team and the stages that were followed to facilitate team commitment towards improving one standard of clinical practice. Future suggestions for development are discussed and the overall impact of introducing change upon clinical practice is summarized.
