Abstract

Emphasises the need to evaluate projects such as the HyLife project which focussed on the provision of information services in the healthcare field. Discusses who should be involved, what should be evaluated, and the methods that can be used. It indicates the findings of the project, some of which were expected, and others not expected. Issues raised include: use of the interfaces, technological, organisational and educational impact and evaluation
