Abstract

This invention relates to a method for realizing multi-function apodization by one time exposing including: A carrying out amplitude modulation to incident UV-light with an amplitude mask plate to get a beam UV-light light flux interims of necessary apodization function distribution to use the first cylindrical mirror to longitudinally compress said UV-light spots then to expose the light-sensitive fibers via a phase mask plate, B, modulating the amplitude of the incident UV-light with an amplitude mask plate to another beam of UV-light and utilizing the second cylindrical mirror to compress the spots longitudinally to expose the light sensitive fibers directly, among which, one beam light is the transmitted light via the mask plate, the other can be a reflection light or a transmitted light.
