Abstract

Selected for Special issue: In Search of Organizational Virtue: Moral Agency in Organizations, Editor: R.P. Nielson. Prompted by MacIntyre’s schema, illustrates critical research agenda and makes a case for conducting empirical work using a critical realist framework.
