Abstract

In 8 years, Newcastle Business School has increased annual outgoing student mobility from 6 students to almost 200. Come along to hear about what the real barriers are and how we overcame them, some creative ideas for marketing the opportunities and the fundamental change of attitude which underpinned this success. Hear about the failures along the way and what we learned. Then challenge the presenter to suggest ways in which the issues in your institution could be tackled! A lively and positive discussion is guaranteed.
