Abstract

Change within organisations is about ensuring the control of external and internal change variables that affect organisational effectiveness. This paper briefly evaluates the key variables of change in organisations and its management. The perspectives form the basis of a brief review of strategic organisational change within a UK university. The intention of the authors is to use these contemporary theoretical concepts to examine how a university has adopted an entrepreneurial approach to sustainable growth within an environment of constant change.
