Abstract

The talk provides an overview of power quality disturbances and equipment available to monitor them. It concentrates on Network multipoint PQ Monitoring Systems and gives the outline of an "Intelligent Power Quality Monitoring System" that was developed at Northumbria University. It also gives some details of fast individual harmonic extraction techniques.
