Abstract

Independence is a collection of 14 songs (CD version) 11 (Download). It was composed, produced and performed by Trevor Sewell and several tracks have either won or been nominated for numerous high profile international awards. The album has also charted on several influential charts, achieving a high level of success and impact, demonstrating that thanks to new technology and other advances within the new music business model it is for the first time viable for Independent artists to make real in-roads and gain International recognition without the budget of a major label behind them. Since its release it has been played on radio stations around the world, featured on TV and generated major features in several magazines including the front cover of 'Blues In Britain'.
