Additional Information: Contributed expertise, organisation and supervision to a clinical trial of a novel vaccine for malaria in Kenya, sponsored by the Wellcome Trust and the Gates Malaria Partnership. This study showed that the vaccines generated immunity that was suppressed by concurrent parasitaemia.
