Abstract

This report was part of a collection of national reports submitted to a nominated rapporteur for this topic and presented in summary by him at the conference. The form of the report was restrained by the parameters set by the rapporteur and was largely a historical reflection of the role of legal transplants originating from English common law and being received by it.
