Abstract
We removed the existing dilapidated garage and repositioned a new 3 bay garage to the rear of the site in order to create a forecourt with adequate parking and turning facilities.
Over this practical building is located a games room which accommodates a full sized snooker table. The glazed gable and recessed balcony area affords views across the riverside site. A glazed ridge light makes the space feel light and airy whilst the slot windows provide a visual connection to the main house and courtyard.
A bespoke interior fit out includes a fabric wall (to assist with acoustic softening) which conceals the bar, services and door, whilst specifically designed versatile seating provides a place to relax and appreciate of the game of snooker.
