At the end of January the V&A celebrated the beginning of the
Year of the Rabbit with a Friday Late devoted to exploding and exploring the myths and stereotypes of Chinese culture.
This Friday Lates highlights film shows China through the murky lenses of chinoiserie, fiction and myth. A vision blurred by tall tales and Chinese whispers.
