Research and Technology Organisations (RTOs) are key innovation infrastructures, and sites of knowledge and technology creation. In addition, they play a crucial role in human capital accumulation, technology transfer and international cooperation in Research and Innovation (R&I). RTOs can represent the interests of local research and technology communities and advocate for them locally and nationally.
