Abstract

Stakeholder relationship constructs (SRC) (Agariya & Singh, 2011) are typically originated and nurtured through the cause and consequence of stakeholder relationships and interactions (e.g. service encounter), as a stakeholder causal scope (SCS) to recognise stakeholders’ perceptions about a company/industry, in order to serve the stakeholders in a way that the they expect and accept (Shams, 2016a).
