Abstract

Following an earlier research project, that explored the potential for MHFA to support the identification and care of prisoners, experiencing mental health issues, this report explores the implementation and impact of MHFA in three prisons in north-east England. The assessment identifies good practice, issues to address and concludes with a set of recommendations.
