Abstract

In response the Michael Gove's decision to press ahead with performance-related pay (PRP), NUT general secretary Christine Blower commented that 'there is no evidence that linking pay to performance increases results'. We asked our discussion group whether they think PRP will have an effect on teachers'practice.
