Abstract
Selected for Special issue: In Search of Organizational Virtue: Moral Agency in Organizations, Editor: R.P. Nielson. Develops a model for the application of Macintyre’s ‘goods-virtues-practices-institutions’ schema to organizational research. Prompted by MacIntyre’s schema, illustrates critical research agenda and makes a case for conducting empirical work using a critical realist framework.
