Abstract

Sequel to Jackson (2004); uses web-based resources to update the data set with respect to both redshift and radio information, thus doubling the sample size. Cosmological parameters determined using this extended set show that the approach is robust. Examines the dark energy equation-of-state and its evolution, using our data in combination with SNe Ia magnitudes; the two data sets are complementary with respect to their redshift ranges. We conclude that dark energy represented by a simple cosmological constant is compatible with all the data. JCAP is one of the world’s leading astrophysical journals, impact factor 6.2.
