Abstract
The presentation will provide details of a recently adopted innovative approach to entrepreneurship education in which participants work in teams to establish and manage a company and learning takes place in this context. Learners have much freedom to influence what, how and when they learn and with this, responsibility for not only their own learning, but also that of others on the programme. Teams are provided with dedicated business and learning space and are supported by team coaches as well as other contributors, including practicing entrepreneurs and business advisors. The presentation will address the approach taken in programme design as well as reflections on experience of running the programme during its first two years of operation. The aim is to share this learning with the audience and stimulate thinking about alternative methods of entrepreneurship education.
