Nickel based Hastelloy C-276 is one of the super alloys that are being used at high temperature and corrosive environments. These alloys are found various applications like aerospace, oil and gas, chemical and nuclear industry. The current work systematically presents the relationship between the effects of heat treatment on precipitation hardening. Electronic micrographs show homogenous distribution of precipitates.
